    This site is a great resource for films and pictures. A huge selection available for download. You must download the ITF Demo videos — their great!. Go to the video gallery, 2002, and scroll down till you find it. Also currently contains all patterns up to Juche. They can be viewed step by step or as a movie. A list of Korean Terminology is also given for each pattern. The page for this section is reached by clicking on the link down the right hand side of the home page. If you only have a 56k connection, some of these downloads will take awhile.
