  • This site is a great resource for films and pictures. A huge selection available for download. You must download the ITF Demo videos — their great!. Go to the video gallery, 2002, and scroll down till you find it. Also currently contains all patterns up to Juche. They can be viewed step by step or as a movie. A list of Korean Terminology is also given for each pattern. The page for this section is reached by clicking on the link down the right hand side of the home page. If you only have a 56k connection, some of these downloads will take awhile.

  • Xtreme Martial Arts are a Canadian Supplier of Taekwon-Do merchanise. They will ship overseas. An alternate supplier to our NZ people - remember shipping charges and duty may apply.
  • This is a link to part of a site that has a good FAQ's page. Interesting tidbits on all different aspects of Taekwon-Do. The bit on 'Why students wear strange uniforms' is quite good.
  • The new Taekwon-Do Kids Page on ITFNZ's own website. A lot of time and work has gone into making this site fun and attractive for the kids. If you haven't checked it out, have a look!

  • If you need some extra help with your patterns, why don't you try this website. It has the patterns on a printable A4 sheet and walks you through step by step with little pictures aligned within the actual pattern diagram. Thanks to Mr. Phil Moore for providing this link.
  • Great website. A lot of very useful links. Can be viewed in English, just click on the Union Jack. Links to Patterns is very good (under downloads "ITF Tuls" - right hand side of the homepage). All patterns downloadable as viewable mpegs. Explore and enjoy.
  • Homepage of a member of ITF Norway. A great resource for patterns also. Has downloadable mpegs suitable for Windows Media Player and also in DIVX format. Go to Movies, select format and then the pattern you wish to view. Enjoy!
